Still life in itself is an odd artistic form. It depicts spoils of human achievement in hunt for food. It is the basic form of artistic training because the light is controlled, elements are positioned with precision, there is a rule for object placement and beyond spoilage of the food, there is no struggle to get things right. However, some still life still carries secrets, hidden amongst the folds of cloth and patterns of reflections. This one will look different under different light. Perhaps there is more, but that is for the viewer to uncover!
